Terms of Service

By using Animalish — the Android app, this website, or any related service — you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Animalish.
  • Don't submit illegal, threatening, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
  • Don't impersonate other people or organizations.
  • Don't attempt to bypass quota limits, abuse the service, or reverse-engineer the API for purposes other than your own translation requests.
  • Don't use the service to harass other people, distribute malware, or anything else illegal.

Content

You retain ownership of the text you submit. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process the text into audio and host the resulting audio so share links keep working. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Ads & quotas

The free tier is supported by ads via Google AdMob and includes a daily translation quota. You can earn extra translations by watching rewarded ads. Quotas are subject to change.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Account termination

We may terminate or restrict access for violations of these terms. You can close your account and request data deletion at any time via the Data Deletion Request form.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntrePe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free-tier users, is zero).

Intellectual property

The Animalish name, branding, and the app's audio mixing system are owned by IntrePe. Animal sounds are stylized samples licensed or generated for use in the app. You may not redistribute the audio files outside of the share-link mechanism we provide.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IntrePe is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
